Welcome to the Uphill Wharf Café-Bar Website. We came to Uphill in 2005, became involved with local Schools, active in village life, the Churches Conservation Trust (who look after St Nicholas Church on the Hill) and pride ourselves on being an integral part of the community
We took on Uphill Wharf Café-Bar in April 2017 and want it to be the hub of this wonderful community in which we live. With the new path and cycle way from Weston to Brean we very much welcome the cycling community and are one of the only dog-friendly cafes in the area.
Our warm welcome, great customer service and homemade food is what you will find when you visit our café-bar, in its unique setting built into the old quarry of Uphill. (Yes, the rock inside the Cafe is real!) The range of Art Work on display provides an eclectic and interesting backdrop for your enjoyment. Our products are locally sourced where possible and we support a range of other local businesses and charities
Our continuous programme of improvements aims to make this hidden gem of a Cafe Bar, one we hope you will return to again and again.
Open currently during the daytime we are planning to open for some special evenings from late Spring 2018. We welcome your feedback on how we are doing so please do visit our face book page and leave us a review. We look forward to seeing you
